(In its AD sunset reviews, the International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that revocation of these AD duty orders would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. See ITT's Online Archives or 07/07/06 and 07/10/06 news, 06070730 and 06071030, for BP summaries of the ITC press releases announcing the decisions to revoke the AD duty orders on subject merchandise from Brazil and France, and Argentina, respectively.)

The ITA states that it will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of AD cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the effective dates of revocation of these AD duty orders, as listed below:

August 2, 2005:AD duty orders for Brazil and France
August 22, 2005:AD duty order for Argentina

The ITA notes that it will complete any pending administrative reviews of these AD duty orders and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to the effective dates of revocation in response to appropriately filed requests for review.

(See ITA notices for more information, including the scopes of the orders, etc.)
