AD/CV: China Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished or Unfinished and Canada Pure Magnesium and Alloy Magnesium
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty administrative reviews:

The ITA notes that, effective August 16, 2005, the CV duty orders on pure magnesium and alloy magnesium from Canada were revoked. As a result, the ITA does not intend to issue cash deposit instructions. (See ITT's Online Archives or 07/10/06 news, 06071035, for BP summary of the revocation of these CV duty orders.)
(a) the ITA has found that CMC has not made sales below the normal value, as a
result a preliminary AD duty rate of zero exists.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty or CV duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of July 14, 2006 (China) and 120 days of July 13, 2006 (Canada).
