2. NHTSA Correction to Proposed Rule to Revise Certain Fees for Registered Importers of Non-Conforming Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued a correction to its April 19, 2006 proposed rule to revise certain fees for registered importers of non-conforming vehicles. 3. TTB Correction to Final Rule on Updated Name, Organizational Structure

The Alcohol Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has issued a correction to its final rule regarding the 2002 division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) into two separate agencies. 4. CPSC Seeks Comment on Petition to Exempt Mini Sparkler Tubes from Labeling Requirement

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has received a petition (HP 06-2) requesting that the CPSC exempt mini sparkler tubes from the labeling requirement for sparklers that states that they must say "For Outdoor Use Only". 5. President Continues National Emergency With Respect to Western Balkans

On June 22, 2006, the President issued a notice continuing for one year the national emergency blocking the property and interests in property of certain persons and organizations in the Western Balkans region.
