(In its CV sunset reviews, the International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that revocation of these CV duty orders would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. See ITT's Online Archives or 06/09/06 news, 06060935, for BP summary of the ITC press release announcing its decision to revoke these CV duty orders.)

The ITA states that it will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue the suspension of liquidation and collection of cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after August 16, 2005.

The ITA notes that it will complete any pending administrative reviews of these CV duty orders and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to August 16, 2005, in response to appropriately filed requests for review.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the orders, etc.)
