The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has issued a final rule, effective May 12, 2006, which revises 15 CFR 766.23(c) to make the appeal procedure for any person named as a related person to the respondent in an order denying export privileges identical to the appeal procedure for the respondent in that order. 2. FSIS Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to Meet
The National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection of the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) will hold a public meeting on May 23-24, 2006, to discuss issues related to building a more robust risk-based inspection system. 3. ITA Revokes Trans World Products Co.'s Export Trade Certificate of Review
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice announcing that it has revoked the Export Trade Certificate of Review granted to Trans World Products, Co. in February 1984 because the company failed to file an annual report as required by law. The revocation is effective 30 days from May 12, 2006 and appeals may be submitted to an appropriate district court within 30 days of May 12, 2006.
