AD: Czech Republic and South Africa Small Diameter Carbon and Alloy Seamless Standard, Line, and Pressure Pipe and Mexico Large Diameter Carbon and Alloy Seamless Standard, Line, and Pressure Pipe
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued notices announcing that it is revoking the antidumping (AD) duty orders on small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from the Czech Republic and South Africa, and the AD duty order on large diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from Mexico.

(In its AD sunset reviews, the International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that revocation of these AD duty orders would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. The ITA states that it will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of AD cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the effective dates of revocation of these AD duty orders, as listed below:
June 26, 2005: | AD duty order for South Africa | A-791-808 |
August 11, 2005: | AD duty order for Mexico | A-201-827 |
August 14, 2005: | AD duty order for the Czech Republic | A-851-802 |
The ITA notes that it will complete any pending administrative reviews of these AD duty orders and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to the effective dates of revocation in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
