(In its AD/CV sunset reviews, the International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that revocation of these AD/CV duty orders would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. See ITT's Online Archives or 02/28/06 news, 06022830, for BP summary of the ITC press release announcing its decision to revoke these AD/CV duty orders.)
The ITA states that it will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of AD/CV cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the effective dates of revocation of these AD/CV duty orders, as listed below:
June 19, 2005: | AD duty order on beams from Japan | A-588-852 |

The ITA notes that it will complete any pending administrative reviews of these AD and CV duty orders and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to the effective dates of revocation in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
