2. AMS ANPR Seeks Comments on Revising Standards for Grades of Raisins

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has issued an advance notice of proposed rulemaking which seeks comments on a petition to change the U.S. standards for grades of processed raisins. The petitioner seeks to revise the standards in order to provide for common language presently used by the industry. Comments must be submitted on or before May 1, 2006. 3. State Department Announces Two-Year Renewal of DTAG's Charter

The State Department has issued a notice announcing that the Charter of the Defense Trade Advisory Group (DTAG) has been renewed for a two-year period. According to the State Department, DTAG provides advice on policies, regulations, and technical issues affecting defense trade.
