AD: Japan Certain Internal Combustion Industrial Forklift Trucks

Effective June 2, 2005, the International Trade Administration (ITA) is revoking the antidumping (AD) duty order on certain internal combustion industrial forklift trucks from Japan, as the International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that revocation of this AD duty order would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The ITA states that it will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of AD cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after June 2, 2005, the effective date of revocation of this AD duty order.

The ITA adds that it will complete any pending administrative reviews of this AD duty order and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to June 2, 2005, in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
