AD: Taiwan Top-of-the-Stove Stainless Steel Cooking Ware
Effective April 18, 2005, the International Trade Administration (ITA) is revoking the antidumping (AD) duty order on top-of-the-stove stainless steel cooking ware from Taiwan as the International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that revocation of this AD duty order would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The ITA states that it will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after April 18, 2005, the effective date of revocation of this AD duty order.
The ITA adds that it will continue to suspend liquidation of entries of subject merchandise entered with a time of entry prior to April 18, 2005, and will complete any pending administrative reviews of this AD duty order and will conduct administrative reviews of these entries in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
According to ITA sources, the ITA will soon publish a companion notice on its revocation of the countervailing (CV) duty order on top-of-the-stove stainless steel cooking ware from Taiwan (C-583-604).
