The FMC has issued three notices that either reissue ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) licenses, revoke OTI licenses, or list those applying for OTI licenses, as follows:

2. NHTSA Announces Two Companies to Conduct Child Safety Seat Recalls

On July 7, 2005, The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced that Britax Child Safety Seat, Inc. will conduct a safety recall for "Super Elite" child safety seats that were produced from April 2001 through August 2002, while on July 8, 2005, the NHTSA announced that Combi USA, Inc. will conduct a safety recall for "Avatar" child safety seats that were produced from November 2003 through May 2004. 3. ITA Now Accepting Applications for the International Buyer Program

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice on the International Buyer Program for the period October 1, 2006, through December 31, 2007, and states that trade show applications must be received within 60 days of July 12, 2005. According to the ITA, this program brings international buyers together with U.S. firms by promoting U.S. trade shows in industries with high export potential. 4. Foreign-Trade Zones Board Actions

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board (FTZB) has issued the following notices of recent FTZB actions:

Athens Economic Development Corporation, TexasAn application to establish a general-purpose foreign-trade zone at sties in Athens, Texas, adjacent to the Dallas/Ft. Worth Customs port of entry.
Greater Metropolitan Area Foreign Trade Zone Commission (FTZ 119)On behalf of the Wirsbo Company (Wirsbo), the grantee has been approved to expand Subzone 119B to include a new site in Burnsville, Minnesota, and to extend authority to manufacture polyethylene tubing under FTZ procedures on a permanent basis.
County of Monroe, New York (FTZ 141)The grantee has been approved to expand FTZ 141 to include a site (Site 11-314 acres) at Rochester Technology Park, 789 Elmgrove Road, Rochester (Monroe County) New York, and to remove this area from Site 4 of FTZ 141A (Kodak).
Conezol, C.D. (FTZ 163)The grantee has been approved to remove the time restriction on Site 4 (Guayama) and to add two new sites (342 acres) at Merecedita Industrial Park (Site 5), and Coto Laurel Industrial Park (Site 6), in the Ponce, Puerto Rico, area.
