These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 180 days of January 7, 2005 (India) and 120 days of January 12, 2005 (China).
ITA Intends to Revoke India AD Duty Order With Respect to Viraj
The ITA preliminarily determines that Viraj qualifies for revocation of the AD duty order on subject merchandise from India. The ITA states that if these preliminary findings are affirmed in the final results, it will revoke the AD duty order in part with respect to subject merchandise from India produced and exported by VAL and VSL with a time of entry on or after December 1, 2003, and will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to refund any cash deposits for such entries.
