Intent to Revoke AD Duty Orders

The ITA states that it intends to revoke these AD duty orders because it has preliminarily determined that the continued relief provided by the orders with respect to INC from the countries at issue is no longer of interest to the sole U.S. producer of domestic like product.

Among other things, the ITA states that Green Tree Chemical Technologies, Inc., the sole producer of domestic like product, has ceased production of INC.

The ITA states that if the final results do not differ from these preliminary results with respect to revocation, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to terminate the suspension of liquidation and to liquidate without regard to AD duties all entries of INC from (a) Brazil, China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and United Kingdom that have a time of entry on or after July 1, 2003, and (b) France that have a time of entry on or after August 1, 2003.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the review and comment submission requirements. See ITT's Online Archives or 04/09/04 and 03/01/04 news, 04040935 and 04030140 for BP summaries of the initiation of these AD duty changed circumstances reviews of INC from China, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea and United Kingdom and the initiation of the AD duty changed circumstances review of INC from Brazil, respectively.)
