These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of this AD duty administrative review which are currently due within 120 days of April 6, 2004 (Turkey) and April 8, 2004 (China).

Intent to Revoke AD Duty Order for Shandong

The ITA states that it preliminarily determines that subject merchandise produced and exported by Shandong qualifies for revocation of the AD duty order on bulk aspirin from China.
