Revocation of 470 Customs broker licenses. CBP states that it is revoking 470 Customs broker licenses by operation of law without prejudice. CBP notes that some of these entities may continue to provide broker services under another valid brokerage license.

CBP has stated that the Customs broker licenses on this list were revoked for failure to file the triennial status report and applicable fee.

Cancellation of 10 Customs broker local permits. CBP states that it has canceled 10 Customs broker local permits without prejudice.

Cancellation of 2 Customs broker national permits. CBP also states that it has canceled 2 Customs broker national permits without prejudice.

Cancellation of 4 Customs broker licenses. CBP is also canceling 4 Customs broker licenses without prejudice.

(Each of these lists includes the license or permit number, broker name, and port name associated with the licenses or permits being revoked or canceled.)

CBP has previously advised brokers to review these lists to ascertain if their name appears on any of them. Brokers should contact CBP if they are listed and that listing is believed to be in error.

CBP states that because previous publication of some records cannot be readily verified, the records are now being published to ensure CBP's compliance with administrative requirements. CBP has previously stated that it has published these notices as part of its efforts to update and verify its Broker Management Branch records.
