In an ex parte filing Tuesday in the docket about phone calls to staff of Commissioners Mignon Clyburn and Michael O'Rielly, ITI said its member companies have similar concerns about TLPS effects and that more testing could help in assessing safeguards. Globalstar didn't comment.
