The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice stating that it has issued an Export Trade Certificate of Review to the American Sugar Alliance (ASA). 2. State Dept Announces Shipping Coordinating Committee Meeting

The State Department has issued a notice announcing an open meeting of its Shipping Coordinating Committee on April 5, 2007 in Washington, DC. According to the State Dept., the primary purpose of the meeting is to prepare for the 11th session of the International Maritime Organization's Sub-Committee on Bulk Liquids and Gases to be held in London, England from April 16-20, 2007. 3. FMC Lists OTI Reissuances, Revocations and Applications

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has issued three notices that either reissue ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) licenses, revoke OTI licenses or list those applying for OTI licenses as a non-vessel-operating common carrier (NVOCC), ocean freight forwarder (FF) or NVOCC/FF OTI, as follows:
